Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, with this website or with its use — including non-contractual disputes or claims — are governed by and construed in accordance with Romanian law. The competent courts of Bucharest, Romania shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory legal provision granting a different competent court.
