French oak barrels in wine cellar — Klarwin maturation and wood solutions

Maturation & Wood

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Wood maturation is an essential stage in winemaking — where the character, complexity and final expression of the wine are defined. The choice of vessel, oak origin, drying duration and toast profile directly shape the aromatic palette, tannin structure and overall organoleptic experience of the finished wine.

French oak barrels by Mercier and Charlois — handcrafted cooperage for wine maturation

French, American and European Oak Barrels

Tonnellerie Mercier — French tradition since 1960 in crafting barrels and large wine barrels. The cooperage takes a serious approach to traceability, ensuring that the supply of French oak to production is entirely seamless. The log-splitting workshop, located just a few kilometres from the facility, provides 100% of the raw material needed for production.
