Leachate Treatment
ENVIRONMENTLeachate — water infiltrating through the waste mass — carries high concentrations of organic compounds, ammonium, heavy metals and dissolved salts. Treatment at source is the only reliable approach.
Klarwin designs, builds and operates fully automated treatment installations — containerized or fixed, modular and scalable — with real-time monitoring and remote diagnostics. Over 6.5 million cubic meters treated across 100+ sites — the most extensive leachate management experience in Romania and CEE.

Multi-Stage Treatment Process
Every installation is designed from actual leachate analysis — no standard templates. Klarwin integrates five treatment stages, each controlled by Siemens PLC/SCADA with automatic parameter adjustment.
DT Reverse Osmosis — Grimm & Wulff
For high-salinity and high-organic-load leachate, Klarwin integrates Disc Tube Reverse Osmosis technology from Grimm & Wulff Hamburg — a long-term technology partnership built on the Triple Win principle. A proven system with over 2,000 installations worldwide, DTRO handles aggressive compositions that conventional spiral-wound RO membranes cannot process.

Concentrate Reduction — DyVaR by Salttech
Reverse osmosis produces permeate — and concentrate. Managing concentrate is the industry's most persistent challenge. Klarwin integrates DyVaR technology from Salttech — patented single-step separation combining concentration and crystallization. Up to 98% volume reduction, 85–92% water recovery.
Flexible Service Models
Klarwin adapts the commercial model to each operator's situation — from full ownership to complete outsourcing.
