Industrial water treatment technology systems

Water Treatment Technology

AUTOMOTIVE & INDUSTRIAL

Correct phase separation — liquid, solid or gaseous — is essential for reliable industrial process operation. Wherever unwanted mixtures exist — water in oil, particles in coolant, aerosols in gas or unstable emulsions — blockages, reduced efficiency and accelerated equipment wear follow.

Klarwin designs and supplies complete separation solutions using gravitational, coalescent, centrifugal or membrane-based technologies, adapted to contamination type and required purity level.

Pall Clarisep — Professional Oil-Water Separation

Pall Clarisep is a high-performance oil-water separation system using crossflow membrane filtration — separating free or emulsified oil, fine particles and bacteria from water. Available for purchase or rental, it is ideal for planned maintenance, temporary wastewater treatment, coolant recovery and pilot testing before permanent installation. Recovery rate: over 98% of treated liquid.

Reverse Osmosis — Custom-Built for Automotive

Klarwin designs and manufactures reverse osmosis stations at our Iernut production facility, customized for each automotive application. Using high-performance Asahi membranes for efficient retention of salts, heavy metals, particles and dissolved contaminants. Applications: steam boiler feed, degreasing/rinsing/painting stages, process water reuse, protection of sensitive equipment against deposits and corrosion.

Microfiltration & Ultrafiltration Stations

Fully automated microfiltration stations, designed and assembled at Klarwin's Iernut facility. Customized for water type (wastewater, process, washing) and performance requirements. Applications: washing water clarification, pre-treatment before nanofiltration or RO, turbidity reduction in cooling circuits, protection of rinsing or painting installations.

Advanced purification without chemicals. Klarwin builds containerized or integrated ultrafiltration stations using Asahi Microza membranes — recognized for reliability, long life and low operating costs. Consistent removal of suspended solids and microorganisms, turbidity below 0.1 NTU, fully automated with integrated backwash and CIP.

KMU Loft KLC-Master Line ML 400 vacuum evaporator installed on a Klarwin project

Evaporators — Up to 95% Wastewater Volume Reduction

Vacuum evaporation technology reduces boiling temperature and energy consumption, producing high-purity water ready for reuse and minimal concentrate for disposal. Applications: RO/nanofiltration concentrate treatment, oil/salt/heavy metal contaminated water, industrial water recycling. Compatible with CIP and advanced digital control.

Together with our partner KMU Loft, Klarwin integrates the KLC-Master Line® range — including the ML 400 platform — proven for solvent and oil-loaded wastewater streams in industrial environments.
