Industrial fluid monitoring and diagnostics systems

Monitoring Systems

One of Klarwin's key capabilities is equipping and training technical cleanliness laboratories (cleanness labs) for our customers — design, equipment delivery, installation, validation and operator training in line with ISO 16232 and VDA 19 standards.

Klarwin provides measurement, analysis and diagnostic equipment for complete control over technical cleanliness and contamination levels — compliant with ISO 4406, ISO 16232 and VDA 19.1.

From online sensors for continuous monitoring to laboratory analyzers and portable field instruments, our solutions enable rapid contamination identification, trend analysis and full audit traceability.

ATTEN2 — Real-Time Fluid Contamination Monitoring

ATTEN2 sensors provide continuous, real-time monitoring of particle contamination in industrial fluids — compliant with ISO 4406. Installed directly on hydraulic, lubrication or cooling circuits, they detect contamination trends before they cause equipment damage, enabling predictive maintenance and reducing unplanned downtime.

JOMESA Microscopes — Particle Identification

JOMESA microscopes enable detailed particle identification and classification per ISO 16232 and VDA 19 standards. High-resolution imaging distinguishes metallic from non-metallic and organic particles, supporting root-cause analysis of contamination sources in automotive and precision manufacturing.

Particle Counters — Pall PCM, IMS PCM, Pall FCM

A complete range of particle counting solutions: Pall PCM (portable) for field sampling and quick checks, IMS PCM (traceable) for calibration-grade measurements with full audit trail, and Pall FCM (inline) for continuous real-time monitoring directly on production lines. All compliant with ISO 4406.
